A selection of widely used Starlet electrodes and rods across the range.

S757 ESpecial Electrodes for Alloy Steel

NiCr15Fe6Mn Crack-Resistant Alloy Steel Electrode

Covered Electrode

A crack-resistant NiCr15Fe6Mn alloy steel electrode used for the maintenance and repair of various metals such as nickel alloys (Inconel and Incoloy), alloy steel, and stainless steel. Also used to repair cracks and join thick steel sections. This electrode's mechanical properties are unaffected by heat treatment. Resistant to extreme temperatures (200°C-1000°C), heat, oxidation, and corrosion. Suitable for the cement, chemical, and oil & gas industries.

S373 E A/BStainless Steel Electrodes

Austenitic CrNi Stainless Steel Electrode

Covered Electrode

A steel and stainless steel austenitic CrNi electrode resistant to corrosion, heat, and cracking. The weld metal is stable and requires no preheating, with high metal efficiency. Widely used for maintenance in the food, chemical, textile, and paint industries. Also used for joining and overlaying (build-up) between stainless steel and steel, including dissimilar steels. (Heat-treatable steel, ferritic Cr/austenitic CrNi steel, austenitic Mn steel, high strength steel, dissimilar metal, tool steel, carbon steel) 309.

S313 E A/BStainless Steel Electrodes

Acid & Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel Electrode

Covered Electrode

A stainless steel electrode resistant to corrosion and acid. Used for welding tanks and piping in the food & beverage industry (dairy, beer, sugar). Also used to weld metals exposed to acid, gas, steam, and water. Heat resistant up to 400°C. Suitable material grades: X12CrNiTi 18 9, G-X10CrNi 18 8, X10CrNiNb 18 10, X2CrNi 19 11, 347, 321, 304, 304 LN, 302, A296 CF 8 C, A 157 C9, A 320 B 8 C, D, 308, 308L.

S383 E A/BStainless Steel Electrodes
