Product Information

A nickel-copper (Monel: 400, R405, K500) TIG welding wire used for welding copper-nickel alloys to steel and copper alloys to steel. Also suitable for cast iron and stainless steel, such as valve dies. Also available for MIG welding. (NiCu 30 Fe (2.4360), NiCu 30 Al (2.4375), UNS N04400, N05500, ASTM B 127, B 165).

Application

Valve dies; copper-nickel to steel joining.
