Covered Electrode
A stainless steel electrode resistant to corrosion, humid conditions, and seawater — very well suited for building hydroturbines, compressors, steam power plants, and propeller parts, and for overlay or build-up work. Material grades: X5CrNi 13 4, G-X5CrNi 13 4, X6Cr 13, G-X5CrNi 13 6, 410 NiMo, 410.
Covered Electrode
A CrMo alloy stainless steel electrode with good weldability, usable in all positions except vertical-down. Mainly used on hard surfaces resistant to corrosion, wear, and seawater, and heat resistant up to 900°C. Recommended material grades: GS-C 25, X22CrNi 17, 41 Cr 4, 430, 430 Mo.
Covered Electrode
A nickel-copper alloy cast iron electrode specialized for welding soft cast iron. Can also be used to join cast iron, steel, nickel, and copper. Resistant to highly corrosive conditions and commonly used in the chemical, petrochemical, and seawater-related industries.
Covered Electrode
A nickel-copper (Monel) alloy electrode, highly resistant to corrosion, seawater, chemicals, and acid. Used to join or overlay Monel (nickel-copper alloy), carbon steel, low alloy steel, copper, and copper-nickel alloys — such as valve dies. Material grades: 400, R-405, K500.
Covered Electrode
A pure copper electrode for joining and overlaying pure copper with alloyed copper; can also be used for welding steel. Resistant to corrosion and seawater, with low input and good electrical conductivity.
Covered Electrode
A tin and bronze alloy electrode, used to repair equipment made of copper alloy, bronze, and brass, and for joining steel, nickel, nickel alloys, and cast iron. Highly resistant to corrosion, seawater, salt air, and attack from acetone and dry ammonia particles. Example equipment repaired with this electrode: piston arms, sprockets, guides, turbines and centrifugal blades, fans, ship's screw propellers, motor collectors, and valve seats.
Covered Electrode
A CuMnNiAl alloy electrode used for joining and overlaying aluminum bronze alloys, high-manganese alloy steel, and gray cast iron. Resistant to seawater, erosion, corrosion, and chemical attack. Commonly used in the chemical industry (valves, pumps) and shipbuilding (ship propellers). Example equipment repaired with this welding wire: ship propellers, propeller shafts, sleeves, turbines and pump housings, heat exchanger plates, mixer blades, gear wheels, punches, and dies.
TIG Rod
A copper, aluminum, and iron alloy TIG rod, wear resistant and resistant to deformation at high temperature and corrosion. Used to weld bronze, copper, and aluminum such as ship propellers, thrust plates, and picking bails.
