High-Corrosion, High-Heat Nickel Alloy Electrode

Covered Electrode

An electrode resistant to high corrosion, heat, and oxidation, for nickel alloys such as Inconel and Incoloy. Its resistance to corrosion, heat, and oxidation, combined with a complete alloy composition, makes it widely used in maintenance and repair for hard-to-weld jobs, including materials of unknown chemical composition — including joining steel to stainless steel. Material grades: ASTM A553, A333, A334, A353, A522, (G)X8Ni9, 12Ni19, ASTM 75, ASTM 80A, UNSN06625, Incoloy 800, Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Inconel 825, 1.4529 X2 NiCrMoCu 25 20 6, 1.4583 X10 NiCrMoNb 18 12.

High-Nickel Base Alloy Electrode for Extreme Temperature

Covered Electrode

A high-nickel base alloy electrode resistant to heat (extreme temperatures from 100°C-600°C up to 1200°C). Highly crack-resistant, with an advantage for welding/joining steel to stainless steel, nickel, tool steel, and high-temperature steel such as Inconel 600/600L, Incoloy 800, NiCr 15 Fe, LC-NiCr 15 Fe, and NiCr 60 15.
